All sales are final. We strive to ensure the highest quality for our baked goods, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at prissyholdings@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and determine if a refund or credit is appropriate.
Refunds or credits may be issued in certain circumstances, but only if the return is accepted and approved. Refunds can be in the form of the original payment method or as a credit for future purchases.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at prissyholdings@gmail.com with photos and details so we can address the issue and provide a resolution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to change your order, you must cancel within 24 hours of placing it and create a new order. Please be aware that this may delay your delivery date.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method or as a store credit. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank to process the refund.
